Long Valley, New Jersey – The Colors of Autumn (HDR)

I was in New Jersey this past week and the peak fall colors had just passed, but some trees were still bright and colorful.  I was visiting some customers and stopped by Hacklebarney State Park in Long Valley, NJ during my lunch break.  I had not been there since I was in High School…so a trip down memory lane.  I had forgotten how wonderful this place is.  I was hoping to get some fall color shots and was walking down a path and this amazing view was ahead of me.  An instant favorite!  It is now my screensaver on my computer and my IPad.  If you want this version as well…click on IPad Screensaver and you can get it for $0.25! A bargin!  =)   I will update and add lots of new screensavers for IPad’s in the next week.  Look for my post.  Enjoy the fall season!

Nice photo! You should spend more time there and hit up the river area. The leaves floating in the water makes great photo opportunities.

I don’t think I have ever seen a forest in full Autumn attire like this. This is gorgeous. Wow!
