Golden Gate Bridge - HDR

NIKON D300, Nikon 18-200 VR, HDR in Photomatix

This will be my last Golden Gate Bridge post for a while.  In the last week I posted a GGB shot in IR, standard and now HDR with this shot.  So you can decide what you like best!  They all to me have there own feel – Im not sure which is best??   I’d enjoy hearing from you…post which version yiou like in the comments section below.  I took this shot with 5 exposures and used my tripod with a cable release.   When you take an HDR and there are clouds…it gives such feeling to the photo.  So if its cloudy out, dont let that deter you in taking photos.  I knew by adding in a little bit of the street, chain fence and buildings it would give a little extra pop to the photo. I did turn up the strength on this HDR to give it an artistic feel.   This shot was also taken at Fort Point.  Hope you enjoy!

This is amazing! Thank you. I stopped everything in my morning and just gazed at this sight. On solid ground- yet infinite, ominous- yet serene. I’m touched. -Heather Anderson, Orinda, CA
